I always suggest the name brand when it comes to HP printhead because they are just great quality and last a very long time.

Awesome Product!!
I have used HP ink for my large format printer since we received it. I have never had any problems with the products and simply love the results. I would never use anything else!!

We'll see
I just received and installed our new print head. I don't know yet if it is a dud. Maybe HP shouldn't ask for a review before the consumer has had a chance to use the product.

Its working....... oh yeah
I purchased this printer from someone and I was so happy. Well I had to purchase UNEXPIRED printheads and ink. It is working perfectly now.

I received the HP72 Printhead in a bubble lined envelope. The box was squashed but the printhead was OK. These items should be shipped in boxes, not flimsy envelopes. I couldn't use my printer for 3 days waiting for the printhead to arrive (which cannot be purchased in a store). If it had been damaged, I would have been another 2 - 3 days without a printer.
