VERY DISAPPOINTED
If you are looking for a mat that will have a stable surface over a deep pile carpet, I highly suggest that you look somewhere else because after much time studying the catalog Staples offers, this was the best I could identify and it is inadequate.

Not A Lifetime
Not too impressed. The description says it has a Lifetime Warranty. Mine lasted 2 years and is now cracked and broken to the point it's unusable. When I tried to do a return online, I got a message saying the return window had passed.

Poor quality. Lasted less than a year
I bought one of these in August 2022 and about 1 year ago it developed cracks as the plastic is brittle. Low spots make moving the chair casters difficult. Checked with Staples, no warranty. Do not buy this item. You will be disappointed.

Good mat
I specifically chose this because it is for a med pile rug. It’s a bit hard to wheel on but so far no cracks. It’s a perfect size and it stays in place.

Works ok
Originally purchased a thinner chair mat (for berber carpet), it cracked in less than a few months. Purchased this one and it is still not stiff enough. It indents after sitting in for several hours and therefore chair does not role around which drives me crazy. It may also may crack over time. Looking for a much harder mat for medium pile carpet to avoid these things.

Replacement carpet roller mat for desk chair.
Product installed ok and flattened out as label said. Seems thin.
Question is, will it stand up to desk chair rolling over it or will it crack and fail like previous one.

Works, but I should have ordered a thicker one
I have what I guess is a medium pile carpet, and the wheels from my office chair tend to make dimples in the pad. Be sure you get the right pad for your pile!

Floor Matt was exactly what I wanted.
I purchased a medium pile carpet chair mat to use on carpet by my computer. This is the second one I purchased. It doesn't shift, chair rolls smoothly and I love it!
