Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL
Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL, didn’t even look at the small print to tell you that ONLY the black was XL, and rest were the small, or regular size,.

I am so glad that Staples had this cartridge, which is becoming more difficult to find for my older Canon printer. The service was wonderful! Both the cashier and the clerk were most helpful.

Love the ink not the coupon policy
I only ever buy Canon ink for my Canon printer and received a $5 off coupon from recycling the cartridges but couldn’t use it to buy more ink. Doesn’t make sense.

An African American employee was doing something else when I asked for help. He dropped (not literally) what he was doing and helped me find and purchase what I was looking for.
