The replacement ink cartridge arrived and we were able to make copies. I returned the faulty one at Ups yesterday

The ink is not as dark as a new cartridge, but it does the job.I hope it will last as long as a new cartridge.

not top quality
I have now tried two of these cartridges. The first would not print double-sided in my printer; it jammed 98% of the time. In addition, there were shaded lines along the top edge of the printed document that should not have been there. The second cartridge prints double sided most of the time, but also has shaded areas, and dark lines showing up on the top and bottom ed...
