Poor Printing quality
Not worth the savings. Leaves color streaks all over the paper. Fine for in office use but not for business

We always use staples brand of toner, we have no problem with it & it is a lot cheaper

Papers came out with magenta on the sides
Papers were printing with the edges stained magenta.

ink was everywhere
After I installed this cartridge in my machine, there was pink ink on every page we printed and all inside the machine. I had to clean all the parts and install a new cartridge, which is a waste of time and money when I just replaced the original cartridge.
