Great Product - Slow Shipping
The product is great but if you buy from Dell order at least a couple of months before you need it as it will take 2 weeks to a month before it arrives. You can not cancel an order after you place it, even though it has not shipped yet.

Drum cartridge
This part was recommended to fix a malfunctioning fax machine and it didn't work. So we have to buy a new machine

Great Product - Slow Shipping
The product is great but if you buy from Dell order at least a couple of months before you need it as it will take 2 weeks to a month before it arrives. You can not cancel an order after you place it, even though it has not shipped yet.

quality and packing

Part does not work properly
does not support ink cartridge. This is the correct part and correct ink but the printer still will not print after changing out the ink for a second time
