Easy instructions
Fast shipping & easy setup. It doesn’t make too much noise. I like the range of arm motion because it allows me to target different upper body muscles. When I turned the tension to 2, I could feel my core muscle working as well.

I was looking a full motion rowing machine. This one was very inexpensive, and that worried me. It turned out to be exceptionally well built. It functions perfectly as well.
