THIS HP LASEER INK IS A#1, THE BEST
At some time or other I think I bought ever ink there was UNTIL I FOUND HP 206A FOR MY LASER. THRE IS NOTHING LIKE THE QUALITY AND THE LONG LASTING UNITS. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Toner Purchase
Toner is so expensive to buy. The cost of replacing 4 cartridges is comparable to the cost of an entire new copier/printer. HP and other companies have the consumer pinned to the mat with no other alternatives.

Awful experience
Awful experience. The website does not work and after inputting my printer it suggested the wrong replacement cartridges. Getting it returned is so frustrating because the website does not work, the chat function does not work, and my account does not reflect the returns I sent via FedEx. I’m basically stuck with products I cannot use and that I paid over $100 for.

Toners
Sad to see that HP prevents other lower cost suppliers from providing Toner. The chips are a monopoly on HPs part. Last HP printer I will purchase in the future!!!

Great product, great service. I accidentally ordered the wrong toner color. I went to the Staples web site and a few minutes later I had the return label printed and all the directions on how to return the wrong toner cartridge. My new toner cartridge was ordered and within a few days I received it. Staples is absolutely great to deal with.

Value for your Money.
I have no problem with the product. I do have a problem with the cost of it because 1years worth of refill's cost more than the cost of my Ink Jet Printer!

HP Printers Poor Design
