Excellent luggage
Was delighted with our new luggage for our trip to Poland. It is lightweight and rolls easily. The built in scale is a bonus!

Can’t open
Well, once I get the luggage open I will let you know. Waiting on my replacement Lock. My trip is in Jan and hope I can use it.

Love them!
I not only love the roominess of the luggage but all the thoughts put into the little extras. All zip very nice, the insides are spacious with extra pockets and clothes covers that zip. Some of the best that I’ve seen!
I haven’t used them yet but can’t wait to use them though. They look really sturdy and have amazing features like the weight scales and charging portals. They are top of the line though. Great quality!

Correction
Excellent Luggage! My previous review showed only one (1) star, but this luggage is a 5-star review. We are very happy with this set. Light weight, rolls easily, and the built-in scale is a real plus. The customer service with DUKAP is excellent and I appreciate their help.

I called customer service because I had a few questions before ordering the INTELY 3 Piece Set. I spoke with Maureen and she was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the size of each suitcase, so much room in each!!!
I’m only giving a four star rating because the large suitcase had a discoloration on the front of it and my color of choice was not available for exchange. However, customer service was very helpful, respectful and did all they could to address the issue.

Love them!!
Great looking luggage has locks and scale on them so never have to guess how heavy you bag is. Have not used them yet but looking forward to using them.

Really Cool Luggage
I love all the sizes. I personally picked the bigger size because everytime I go travel Id like to bring a ton of pair shoes and all my make up bags. I also like the fact that it has weight thingy so we know how heavy it is. It looks heavy duty

Awesome Quality
I've just returned from a long international trip with multiple flights and my case is as good as new. The internal quality is as good as the external and I'm telling everyone to purchase one instead of something from the Samsonite range. I work in the travel industry and was sick of replacing my luggage after a few trips.
