Wired incorrectly
Bought this cord for my son to take to Europe and use with an adapter because of its compact size. As soon as he plugged it in, it blew a circuit in his host family's house. Nothing was drawing power and this doesn't have a switch so nothing should have shorted it out. We tried it when he brought it home and it did the same thing at our house.
