Outstanding little work horse!
I love my Brother 3300W scanner! I originally purchased another brand scanner and after spending hours on the phone with their customer support trying to get it set up on my WiFi, I gave up and sent it back for a refund.

Efficient and fast
I like this scanner for its speed, double side scanning and quality of the final scanned document. The WiFi and interface with a PC could be easier, including the instructions.

The is not compatible with the Athena EMR software

Happy with the scanning function Disappointed that the wireless feature will not work with 5Ghz network so I had to put my router into dual band mode and allow the scanner to connect to the 2.4 Ghz network. other than that I like the speed and the small foot print of the scanner. and so far accurate document handling on the feed tray

Very Frustrating
I wish I returned this right away, been using it for a few months and I constantly have problems with this machine... Doesn't scan straight, no matter how much I play with the setting or snug I load the paper the result is nearly always skewed. Great scanner just needs little improvements.
Its wonderful, fast and easy to use, I have two issues though, one back tray is not steady it slips out from its spot when you load more papers in it, secondly its not dust proof, dust can easily get on scanners gloss, it has no cover to close it when not using it.
Also it doesn’t skip blank pages like Epson does.

I have enjoyed this scanner it’s quick and happy with its performance I wish the 100 pdi was better quality to keep the file size down on large documents maybe a settings at 150 could be added

Easy to use.
Like everything set up can take a bit, however once you get it set up and set up a workflow folder its pretty much one and done. Easy to use and fast too.

Initially I had problem downloading all necessary softwares and some I downloaded twice and it did not work but I deleted all of them and reloaded as required and it worked fine after that. marvelously fast and efficient
I put the paper(s) in and hit the 'scan to pc' virtual vutton. It rather immediately swallows the info, without pause to think about it. The folder opens on my pc with the file at the top of the list. It's truly a slam-dunk. I'm SO pleased!
