Do not buy unless you have a lot of free time
I ordered this cash register for my small business. It came with directions that were not clear. I called the company, and they emailed me instructions that were supposed to be clearer on how to set up the register. Spent 2-3 hours trying to figure out how to set up the basics. Easy to use, not so easy to program
The biggest issue is with the key labels - for example "enter" is written in green and is just about impossible to see. Many other keys are multi-functional, again not obvious. The tax setup is tricky, not intuitive what excluded, included means. We only use 3 departments so I can't comment on accessing double digit departments. I used a few on-line videos, but it w...

Best customer service
I had a few questions on the set up. I called the number on the instructions and they did a video chat with me instantly to walk me through my question. Otherwise it is super simple like the sharp and casio registers I used to have.

Great Nadex customer service.
I purchased this on-line. The machine is nice, but I found some bugs in the software. After a call to Nadex tech support, I downloaded and installed the latest firmware, and now (so far) the machine is bug free.

Great for my Smoothie Shack
We just opened a smoothie spot. This was great to program the 20 signature drinks we have. Makes it easy for anyone working to be able to quickly ring up customers.
