Let down - read all
Bought 2 of these less than a month ago to replace 2 dyson hot+cool fans that were over 5 years old. Initially, they seemed to work better. Within a week though, both made some odd grinding noises while on heat mode (after it hit set temp) and the fans that "aim" the air kept just going down and aiming directly to the ground despite me aiming them mid or higher levels. ...

Fantastic
I've not had it for too long but the difference it's made in my daily life is already paramount. My room smells fresh and the power of such a compact air is strong. I hope they come out with a never change version of the filter for this, that would be the cherry on top.

Great Unit
Great unit. This is my first unit that has a heating element. Its not very loud and works well.
I also like that this unit has a detachable remote control.

Great Purifier ++++
I have had this for a week or so now and I absolutely love it! I don’t have any complaints…having the heating & cooling option is such an added bonus! Highly recommend!

Not what I expected.
I have been using it to balance the heat inside my livingroom and kitchen. After walking back from the unit, after four feet, you don't feel heat and the highest setting. This doesn't work for 500 square feet of space.

Can’t get replacement filters
I Purchased this a year and a half ago and have not been able to use it the last 6 months because filters are out of stock! If you can’t get replacement filters it’s useless. And not cheap.

Check for replacement filters available
Doesn’t look like replacement filters available on the web site. All are out of stock. Making clicking noise while oscillating at a week old.

Great
So far it's great! Took a little bit to clean the air, but it does seem fresher and cleaner. My allergies are improved since I started using it. I sleep better and can breathe during the night. Don't wake up stuffy anymore! The heat function works great too!

Well designed
I got this a month age. Easy to use. Just the right amount of airflow for our large vaulted ceiling bedroom. Controls are easy to work. Air and heat adjustments are perfect.

Not safe!!
This fan is terrible. Without touching the fan or the remote, the fan will automatically switch to heater and start blowing really hot air? Why is it doing this?? I DO NOT have it set to auto mode. I do not like the fan and I don't recommend buying it.

This is my 3rd purifier, so it’s safe to say that I love it. The machine is easy to use right out of the box. It covers a large area and is extremely receptive to anything in the air that shouldn’t be. The heating element works great and is a life saver in the winter. It has a thermostat which is awesome. Terrible Product for Dust
Stirs up more dust that even the top of my shark gets dusty right after I wipe it down. Terrible for people that are allergic to dust. Good on VOC’s and great smelling air except you can enjoy smelling the air without inhaling a bunch of dust. I did everything I could. Well I love most shark products I’ve owned. I’ve owned many different shark products with lil to no fuss and loved this too, until my daughter 11 yr old friend bumped it with her lil bottom and didn’t even fall to ground. Thank you for the clean air and draft assessment
I bought this product prior to a stretch of days with dangerous outdoor AQI levels in my area. The purifier indicated poor indoor air quality during those days and worked hard to get my air quality back to 100%. Those readings alerted me that I must have significant unknown drafts in my home. Thanks for the "free" draft assessment!

Stopped working properly after 3rd use.
I used it 3 times and by the last one it started to smell hot like n old hair dryer. And said to clean but the air filter is spotless and I don't see Andy dirt on it at all so I don't know why it is stuck on 9% and is red
