Issues reading chip
Purchased this and other colors for M283, but they won't work in printer. Error says it is a non-HP cartridge and printer can't read the chip. Often the cartridge is an HP cartridge. A couple times it was another brand. Because we buy them in advance, Staples won't return them because they are not a recent purchase. Money down the drain.
