A lot of money for so little
First, they didn't have just black ink for my printer so I had to buy the whole package with color cartridges. Over $80. Crazy for what you're buying. A little plastic and an eighth of a cup of ink. I'll be buying off label next time.

Noticed I need black ink.
I checked my ink levels and noticed I was out of black ink and all the other cartridges were at about 25%. I went ahead and purchased the full set that included the large capacity black ink. It is working good as I expected it to.

I bought the color inks and one of them was down 1/3 when I first opened it. I brought it back and got a replacement. I also bought a black ink cartridge. They all went into my printer perfectly full. It was a bit of a hassle but Staples staff were very helpful.
