Why won't Canon let us see into the Inkwell?
The 5 stars are for Staples great selection and price comparable to online pricing. 1 star for the ink. The tanks run out so fast now. Just how much ink is really in there? Aftermarket ink tanks have clear ink wells, so you can see how much ink is in there, but Canons are dark black so it's anyone's guess just what's inside. not worth it
Box says 11.4ml and the regular cartridge is 5.6ml. That is not in the product detail online. There may be some fixed wastage but the arithmetic based on ink volume suggests that regular cartridge is better value!

Great product
Works for my printer as it should. Colors are good. A bit pricey with the constant price hikes but the staples rewards helps offset that and I think they should last longer but I guess it can only hold so much ink.

Overfilled Cartridges
I changed three of the Canon cartridges. I have never had an issue with the Canon ink before, but this time, the Magenta and Cyan cartridges were over filled. The Magenta cartridge dripped on my hand & the dye does not come off easily. When I took off the protective plastic cover off the Cyan cartridge, ink dripped all over my hand and onto my desk, which fortunately...

Cannon 4/pack ink cartridges
I love my Cannon printer and hope it holds out awhile longer because they don't make these any longer. Thankful that I could get the ink cartridges for it. They arrived in good condition.
