Good, but expensive
Cartdridges came quickly and were exactly what I ordered - perfect. After the fact I checked AMZN and realized I'd overpaid at Staples by 40%. That won't happen again.

Defective - made a mess of my printer
As soon as I installed this toner cartridge, it made a horrible noise on the very first print and started spitting out solid black pages. When I put the old cartridge back in the printer worked just fine, so it was definitely this cartridge. Then I was given the run around about "sorry - it's more than 30 days" - so I guess I'll never order one ahead again. Wow - disapp...

This cartridge was different from what was in the printer, but was right for printer. Eventually figured out how to install. Works well.

Canon only way to go.

Great product
I made the mistake of buying an off-brand toner and it never worked. Went back to the brand name toner and received fast delivery of the product. I now can use my printer.

Great quality
This toner is easy to install and great quality. I didn’t give it a 5 because toners are expensive. I think I paid more for the toner than the actually printer.
