So far so good
We needed a new time clock desperately and after looking at several and reading reviews I chose to go with the Pyramid 5000. We've been using it a couple of weeks now and the employees like it because they can tell how many hours they have. The set up was easy and has a lot more features then we need. The only complaint is the first week after getting it set up the cloc...

There seems to be a glitch that causes the clock to not enter time if there is another card that has the same number. This causes a problem when we are doing payroll.

Awesome
We have used this for a week, and it works great! I like how it puts one line per a print out, so you can see the date & the time clearly. It also gives the balance of time each time you clock out. It was really easy to setup.
