Ordered Product Lost
I had ordered the product online to be sent to the Londonderry NH store for my pickup. The store had record of receiving my order but could not find it. The store manager did refund me and did reorder the envelopes which were sent directly to my home. I am not pleased with the delivery but am very pleased with the product itself although received later than when needed.
