Defective
I've been buying these for 5plus years. The last year or so they have become increasingly difficult. The piece that holds the papers doesnt work. The binders clasps do not stay they open & the our papers are constantly falling out. Definately trying to find another product to use

Defective
I've used these for 10 plus years. In the last year, they have become cumbersome. The metal piece the paper goes on to does not stay together and we are constantly fighting this. The metal piece itself fits too snugly on the container to get on to start with. Whatever they changed, they need to change back.

Does the Job
We use this to file invoices and shipping documents. The only thing that isn't great with this is that it's sometimes difficult to construct, meaning getting the metal brackets into its slot. Other than that, it's easy to use, easy to construct when you don't get faulty units, keeps everything organized, etc.

Think twice before ordering
Use to store orders year to year. The design includes a steel plate on the back flap. The steel prongs for the stored paper slide into the steel plate. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times they are crimped so tightly that this task is impossible to accomplish. [...]

it's used to keep information in account payable, account receivable etc. You can find fast any document. It has a good capacity.

Cases Defected
We have been using these binders for years, however the last bunch of binders I bought were very difficult to put the metal holders into the metal case. After our service center did finally put them together, they are constantly falling apart. Very disappointed. I hope the next bunch I order will not have this same problem. These are necessary for our monthly reports.

bad batch
there is a problem with this batch of folders. the base of the metal holder slides into a metal bracket. either the bracket is a bit too small or the holder is a bit too large. the folders were very difficult to assemble. have not had this problem before.
