CANON BCI 6 VALUE/BLACKCOLOR INK CARTRIDGES
IT IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, ( THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE. IT IS A HALF SIZE ONE) I NEED A FULL SIZE ONE TO FIT AND FILL THE INK CAETRIDGE HOLDER ALONG WITH THE OTHER TWO , WHICH ARE HALF SIZE ONES. I TRIED TELLING THE PERSON AT THE STORE THIS. BUT THEY SAID THIS WOULD WORK. IT DOES NOT PRINT. ANY THOUGHTS. JIM.

Good Color, But Short Duration
These Cyan cartridges produce good color, but they only last about 70% of the time of my four other ink cartridges. I do not understand why and it is unnecessarily costly. Canon should look into this.

I took in a previous receip with the order no on it. This made it easier for the gentleman to order a new cartridge for me without having to look up the item. I'll remember to keep taking in the orders it was less hassle and time consuming. I also took in my old cartridge at the same time for the refund.

This is genuine Canon ink and is a good value. Our printer is older and we can never find ink in any store, but Staples always has us covered. Online ordering is simple and the cartridge ships the next day. We usually get the ink within 3 days of ordering. Cannot complain.

Hard to find.
I have a workhorse of a printer that is a pretty old. I used to be able to buy the cartridges in the store at Stqples. With all the new porinters, this cartridge is getting hader to find., Staples carries them online. I can now order the cartridge online and get free shipping. My printer is quite old, so the individual ink cartridges are not stocked in the store; however, a multipack of all colors is carried.
