This is the second time I ordered BLACK plastic binding spines and the second time they arrive in BLUE. Not sure why.

For the first time in several years, there were 25 items inside each box.
In the past there have been 24 frequently of one item of the 2 per box,
so now I have 11 spines extra

I ordered BLACK plastic binding and received BLUE. Will need to return the incorrect color. Otherwise the product is good as I've used it for 15+ years now.
