Fast service, Wrong pen
Everyone at the store has been helpful, but despite showing them exactly the pen I need a box of, instead I got these ONYX pens.
When I pointed this out, a lady took mercy, and started all over again. She made sure the item was what I wanted, we both looked at the photos and compare the part and SKU and they WERE different from the ONYX version.
Weāll see what arrives...

There is nothing wrong with the pen.
I'm glad at least I could order the pen, but that Staples did not carry it in store, because of the color (red) I am guessing. If I would have needed it that day that I went into the store, I would have been out of luck. it took another 5 days before I got it. Yep the world has changed and not for the better.

Not waterproof or resistant
High quality pen, but not waterproof. It does not specify waterproof on Staples' web site, but it did on another. I checked [@], which appears to be the mfg. web site, but did not specify waterproof. My team used them, based upon my recommendation, to edit/correct blueprints for a $250 million project at a municipality. Rain washed away some of the notes. I'm trying Sha...
