love these plastic sleeves
it took me several attempts to find what i thought was a sleeve to insert certificates in. Finally, i received these plastic sleeves and is exactly what i wanted. it is easy to handle and put the certificate in. I did like the vinyl envelope which is heaver; however, not as easy to insert the certificate. I am a happy camper right now.

They will work, but didn’t realize they are open on TWO sides. Buying them I expected them to be sealed on three sides....a true slip-in, which they are not.
