It has been a help with only having one accessible jack in my office to set up phone, fax and internet line but internet cuts off periodically and needs to be unplugged and replugged...though could be more modem issue than jack.

Just did not work
The phone line, the fax machine line and my DSL line would not stay plugged in to this splitter. It went back to the store today for a full refund.
