This item was not found in other stores, but was easily located at Staples. The service was exceptiomal. The coupler adapter remedied our problem.

Met our needs
We needed to be able to use a phone in a conference room which did not have a phone jack. We used the oord to make this connection. Everyone in the meeting was very pleased.

Works well
Had to use the phone cord provided with my fax machine but it wasn't long enough. This product connected two lines and I have had no problems with it.

Does what it is intended for
As it states, this is an inline coupler. It is intended for running two lines of phone cord together and that is what it does. I have had no issues with it either.

The connector works very well and is easily installed. The only negative thing is that the cost is high.

Works as expected.
Great little coupler. I needed to join two lines so I could move the main line in when installing a new VOIP system. Hooked it up and had no problems.
