Different paper sizes
The paper sizes were different. I bought standard paper size, but a significant amount of the paper had different sizes that jammed the printer. I am not happy at all.

Limited supply
The store is clean and orderly. Staff greeted us and offered help. We needed nice, professional, thick printer paper for legal documents. There was only one opened box.
