78A cartridge page yield
Terriible performance. I got on 588 double-sided copies (1176pp) from one cartridge that is rated at 2100pp output. I cannot afford to use this printer & will be trying to return it.

Too early to review!
I re-order when I open and install my backup. I won't be installing this purchase until I need it. It may be one month or six months depending on usage. Based on prior experience, I am expecting 5 star performance!

Good product, terrible customer service
This toner cartridge did not come with any installation directions-just a vague sketch on the box. It did come with clear recycling instructions and a mailing label. So I called HP and their customer service was terrible. I was told my printer was obsolete and they wanted me to email them a photo proving I got a genuine HP cartridge, when I had paid over $100 to get one...

Only thing I don’t like about this is the price. Keeps increasing - My local Staples only sells in in a 2 pack. Have to special order the single.
