Needs better description
Refill is way too short to work in my pen. Should have length listed.

Tried to email Staples, via YOUR customer service link/address. Received notification "UNDELIVERABLE"....that's GREAT! Now where do I get HELP regarding a need to return items???

Too short in size. Doesn't fit standard size ink pens. Needs to be longer. How come Staples never have standard size pen refills for regular standard size ink pens?

I had to return these refills & I did not know that the refill I needed was for the regular G2 refill that fits our Dr Grip pens, I didn’t read the small print of gel pens these fit which are quite a few! We love our Dr Grip gels pens!

I got the right size and it works perfectly now I can have my favorite pen back. The only thing I really hated is I couldn’t get the other 4 refills for my other ones. You didn’t have the types I needed

Quality and GREAT Customer Service
A friend/insurance agent gave me this awesome pen, she passed away and I really did NOT want to throw the pen out once it ran out of ink. Staples associate made sure to find me a replacement ink refill and I have a spare! Thanks Staples!
