Great response
Free next day delivery and price. We live in a rural area and next day delivery just isn’t offered. I was out of ink and Staples came though.

Designed to fail?
I only print in black. After replacing a magenta cartridge less than a year ago to continue printing in black, I needed to replace the unused magenta cartridge again to continue printing in black. Good for corp profit; consumers, not so much.
