They changed the product
The original product 13376-CC was a nice well made leather like material and looked professional. When you order the original 13376-CC they send you 13376, a cheaper paper product. It still functions but does not look as professional. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they assured me they would send me the correct 13376-CC version. I was still ...

Excellent selection
We needed a small but appropriately sized attaché case for transporting estate papers. We were approached by an associate who asked if she could assist us. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately moved to a rack, handed us an attaché that was ideal! Great customer service!
