Unique, Essential and Costly
Too bad there isn't a generic for TZ labels because that may bring the price down. TZ labels are an absolute essential for office use (we keep a labeler on hand during video productions to help track files, takes, props and parts.)

Works as expected. Useful when a label is needed which has low visual impact. The gold on black blends better with darker backgrounds than standard labels which produce black letters on a bright white background.

Label Tape for organization files.
I have a Brother Labewl maker for 20 years & it works as it did when I first bougth it. The proble is I can worh with the 3/4 inch tape but the label for the files come out better when you use the 1/2 inch tape. They are hard to find & come by ? Why I do not know ??

Distinctive Labeling
I have been using Brother TZe P-Touch Labels for many years. At first I just used simple Black on White or Black with see through tape. Then one day I saw Black with Yellow print and purchased it. What a difference it makes - the labels jump out at you. The best, however, was just around the corner. I picked up a Black Tape with Gold print and I like that even more.

It was exactly what I was looking for in a label that would stand out and look very professional. It has good adhesive strength to hold to about any type surface.
