Great Chair
After my old Osgood of 10yrs finally started to wear out, my wife said it was time for a new chair. Thankfully Staples still had this unit available so I ordered a new one!

How long should a chair last before little flakes of black material peel away and get all over the room?

Comfortable
Instructions are very easy to follow. The assembly went fine until it came to the back of the chair. Getting the screw holes to line up and the screw go in it’s little slot was a booger. I rarely return anything but this is not comfortable at all. In fact it was painful to sit on even for 15minutes. I do not recommend.

Comfy and good support

Awaiting for replacement part
Assembled this chair. Recline feature did not work. Called customer service and it was decided that base was defective. So I'll review later when I get this part and reassemble this darn thing again!

Not so High Back
Love the chair quality and comfort. The back is more regular height than high. I was expecting something to lay my head against. I'm right at 6ft tall so it shouldn't be an issue. Also when putting it together parts didn't line up correctly causing some frustration.

Solid Office Chair
Good packaging and straight-forward assembly. No major frills and serves its purpose. Height adjustment is a bit limited. Comfortable enough and you can sit criss-crossed thanks to the arm shape.

This item arrived as schedule and intact. Just the weight of box hinted at a quality chair about to be unwrapped. I was not disappointed. All items were present as listed. Very easy to assemble. And the comfort was soon enjoyed. Very nice item and definitely weel worth the price.

It is too short. The height is two inches shorter than my old chair very sad
