Not the right size!
Twice I have ordered this online, the Staples website recommends this for the Ingenico ICT220, however it's too big so I had to make a trip to the store for the correct size. PLEASE offer the correct size on your website.

I didn’t receive everything I had ordered in the store. Upon looking at my receipt a few days later I saw part of the order was for a pick up at the Holland store. So i had to call and have it delivered. Just more work on my part.

These were too large for my machine. They should give you the width of the roll in diameter, not the length of feet when unrolled. Nobody knows what that measurement is!

didn't fit our machine
We normally buy the small rolls for our debit machine and there is plenty of room so I thought we'd try the bigger rolls. Big mistake. Have to tear several feet off before they fit. lesson learned.

PM Company thermal cash register paper
The description of the product only listed the width of the roll. The issue was the diameter of the roll - not given in description. We had to roll about half of the paper off the roll to make it fit in our machine. Time consuming!
