Imaging Drum working as promised
Order came as promised, the unit fit in the machine and is working fine. I will not give 5 stars yet...as I do not know the number of pages we will get from drum.

Review a 60K imaging drum received last week?
Dell wants me to review a 60,000 page imaging drum that we received last week. The drums on the original equipment didn't last through 60,000 pages. So, based upon their life, I give one star.

Frustrated
I have used 7 or 8 of these imaging drums. I have yet to use one more than 30,000 pages before a defect develops and I have to replace it. Replacement works well for about 30,000 pages, then defect occurs. Changing toner does not correct the defect. Only changing the imager corrects the defect. May be something I'm doing, but it is frustrating. No helpful solutions are ...
