Nice design that does it all.

Does not stay connected to the Internet.
Numerous calls with their IT, including them, saying I have to do a seamless workaround of a static IP address does not work. All my other devices, Samsung TV, Apple TV Yamaha receivers iPhone WeMo devices stay connected to the Internet with no issues. Do a search on the Internet, lots of other users having this exact same problem

Fantastic Device!
Fantastic device for our new heat pump installation. It took a day or so for ecobee to learn our home and for my wife and I to learn the ecobee. But it is very intuitive. No problems.

Great Product.
I got this system in the spring and was pleased with the auto switching from air to furnace with the hot days and cold nights in the high deserts of New Mexico.

I've had the thermostat for about 3 weeks. The contractor I used set it up on my phone and explained everything to me. It is so easy to use. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

First Time User
We just love our ECOBEE Smart Thermostat Premium. Very easy to use. Has many display features like, indoor air quality, indoor/outdoor temperatures, four day weather forecast, indoor humidity level. Still need more time to learn all the features.
