Great Lock
Sleek but strong. Easy to use, and came very quickly. With the lock I feel that my computer is very safe and secure, and isn't going anywhere!

Bad fit- Ended up scratching my laptop
Didn’t fit my thinkpad x1 carbon
I specifically asked the online customer service rep regarding compatibility with my thinkpad and they said it would fit
Ended up scratching the carbon and the port and doesn’t even fit
Technical agents/reps should have known and Lenovo should invest in their training

Service? What service?
The cable lock I purchased doesn't fit my x1 Ti, and I can't figure out how to return it. So far, Lenovo service is non-existent.

Pleased with purchase
Cable is great - it fits, it's long enough. Used it on our M75q tiny desktop since it's so small (a thief could easily grab it and walk away). Kensington brand is considerably more expensive so this one does the job at a lower price point.

product lacking thorough description
all your security cable locks does not indicate which device it could be compatible. i have called customer service and they recommended this, but still the lock is not compatible.

Glad I purchased the brand specific item vs a universal combination lock style cable. The key makes it easier to remove (for someone that need to remove the laptop frequently).
