Great overall, wish for wireless charging
Charges really fast, and that exactly what these modern big battery phones need. Battery indicator is nice, as well as the included cable that can charge S25+ with super fast charging 2.0. Only complaint that I have is it doesn't have wireless charging, which was only available on the 10,000 mah model, which isn't enough for my use case.

Great battery pack!
A little on the heavier side, but allows for fast charging for my S24 Ultra a few times before needing to be recharged.

Fast charge
Charges up to 2 dead phones and some. Just a little on the heavy side. If you dont mind the weight its great.

Samsung best 20,000 milliamp battery pack
I love the battery bank a lot of juice it's just multifunctional it really does the job I definitely recommend it

Was good while it lasted
Just bought this at the end of January and it's barely the beginning of March. I cannot charge the battery pack past 2 bars. I keep it in my backpack for work and it doe not get thrown around or roughed up. It worked well all of February tho.

Great charger
This battery charges my phone very quickly. I can usually get 3 or 4 charges before I have to charge the battery pack.

Great to have as a backup to my regular charger
It was great to get this with my credit when purchasing the S25 ultra. Might not ever use it but sure is nice to know that I have it when out on a long hike or camping or just not next to a regular charger. Holds it's charge for a long time and can charge my phone completely at least three times.
