Faulty Imaging Drum
I had to replace the imaging drum because the last on failed half way through its life cycle.

Easy
The agent knew what was wrong with the printer sent the part and fixed the problem without breaking the bank. Of course he suggested I buy a new printer but I went with the cheaper option. Printer works great.

Great Drum Unit from Dell !!
We have bought this drum for our office use. This is the third time we have bought this. Simple process to swap it out for the old drum unit. Works like as good as new. Great Printouts again.

Can't get too excited about toner but;
Dell is always prompt with delivery and customer service is great. I've bought laptops, monitors, gaming pcs, and all-in-ones from Dell. Great service/delivery and products.
