these are refills only
these are refills only. I do not have the original cartridge, so these are worthless to me without the cartridge to dispense the tape

Confused
I did not notice that the items were Tombow Removeable Mono Adhasive refills so I need to order the applicator. Guess what-Staples does not stock the applicator. So now I have the refills that I am returning. Very confused why Staples does not sell applicators.
