I am very pleased with the headset. It installed itself without a flaw. I can wear the headset for hours without having to move it around. Other headsets I have tried bother my ears within an hour and I had to either move them around or remove them for awhile. That resulted in loss of productivity.
I use it for music and for speech recognition. I was never a good typist. Now I can complete a document in less than one third the time. The voice command makes AutoCAD so much more productive. I cut my icons in half that leaves me more drawing space and more drawing time for the mouse instead of clicking icons all day.
