Haven't used wireless mouse before, and it's my first experience to use wireless one! Very easy to install the driver, and comfortable to use. The only thing I don't like about the product is, it doesn't always work on the surface. It doesn't work well on my desk, so I need extra mouse pad for using. Except for it, this mouse is a great product! I recommend it!

This mouse is super sensitive, but I can't remember if there is a setting to change the sensitivity. If not, it would be nice to have one. I use it for my laptop for personal and business purposes equally and often for graphic design. I've dropped it several times. It still works, although I sometimes have to put the usb attachment back in the mouse and take it out again to make it work.

I recently 'inherited' daughter's old laptop and, being unused to using anything but a mouse, sent her to Staples to pick up an inexpensive one. I had in mind that she would grab a cheap wired model. I was a little disgruntled that she spent my money for this wireless optical mouse, UNTIL I plugged it in and used it. No regrets! It works beautifully and when I pack up, the USB section unplugs and snaps conveniently into the bottom of the mouse. I've even dropped it a couple of times with no ill effects.

This is the second one I have purchased this year. The first on did not last but about 4 months (just beyond the 90 day warranty period). I purchased the second one because it was cheap and I figure I would take a chance on it lasting longer. The second on is already not woking properly. Poor quality.

We were out of town on vacation when the mouse stopped working and until we got home your 30 day return policy had expired. So I think from now on for electronics I'll shop somewhere else. I found a new mouse at another store and they have a better return policy.
