About as good as it gets if you need a big binder that's well constructed and will get a lot of opening-and-closing use.

Exterior is very slippery. If you pile other things on it while it's sitting flat you'll have to be careful they don't slide off. The same slippery issue arises when carrying it together with other books, documents, etc.

This fell apart after only one month--none of the rings closed correctly. And that's with having taken extra care to open and close it carefully.For [$], that's ridiculous. It's not much worse than every other binder I've ever bought at Staples though. Why is it not possible to invent a binder that can last a whole semester, let alone a year?!

Doesn't hold up to daily use. My sons use them for school and I have to replace them at least 2x in the school year due to the rings becoming misaligned. I use them to protect documents and it is fine.
