I created 15 shirts using these last year, and they turned out great. They are still looking really nice too.

I am in the process of making shirts this year for our family vacation, and I realized that if you leave a factory edge when you are trimming, and then peel from the factory edge, it makes it much easier. Just trim the edge off the iron on before ironing.

Also, if you're trying to match colors to the shirt you are using, don't apply too much pressure around the edges while MOVING the iron, it tends to shift the iron-on a teeny bit and leave a shadow along the edge of the iron-on.

Three down, 12 to go!

I hated this product! Difficult to iron on, kept peeling off, too hard to peel the backing off if you use a smaller that 1/2 sheet design. The ones for light colors are much better!

Used once, worked fine. Don't know how long it will hold up.
Would prefer a transparent background rather than white background.
Also bought transfers for light fabric and could not find out how to reverse image for ironing. No response from submitted question and FAQ answers were not clear.

I use this with a professional heat press (I had a business in the past) for a colorful design on black t-shirts. The end result was excellent. The transfer fused to the fabric well and appeared to be part of the shirt.

I love this transfer paper,I have been using it for years..it is the best for making dark t-shirts. makes the pictures stand out nice and bold. I had some old ones but couldn"t peel off the backing but I had it for 15 years.I like the dark so much better then the light.easier to tranfer onto the shirts.My only complaint is the cost..it just keeps going up and up...and I never can find any coupons for it. I will still use it but really wish the price would go down some. Or get some coupons for it.

  No, this would not be appropriate for a temporary tattoo, because in order to transfer the design onto another surface, you need to use a hot clothes iron for at least 40 seconds to move the design onto the surface.

  Yes this Avery model would work but is designed specifically for 100% cotton dark fabrics. The Avery Inkjet Fabric Transfer Paper would work better on polyester blends.
