Printing your own business cards on Avery Clean Edge is much easier and convenient when compared to printing on cardstock and trying to cut business cards to size. In addition, you can't beat the price or the convenience if you don't want to pay a bundle for business cards printed in a short time.

The only time I had an issue with Avery's cards smearing was when I tried to print it on an inkjet printer. However, printing on my OKI color laser printer always comes out crisp and sharp. The key to avoiding paper jams or having Avery's cards not tear while printing is to use the Multi Purpose Tray by giving Avery's cards a straight print path compared to bending the cards by loading it in your paper tray.

Avery's business cards do not feel as sturdy as regular imprinted business cards. Avery is an acceptable alternative if you don't want to pay too much money for business cards.

We could not get this product to print cleanly without smudges and dropouts in our HP color laser, despite repeated cleaning and settings changes for cardstock and other similar media. We have had no problems with Avery's 5371 product (or any other paper) in the same printer on the same day. We were even able to cleanly duplex the 5371, which is not advertised for that product. While the surface finish is nice and the cards break cleanly out of the sheet, the finished card has too much curvature and looks unprofessional as a result.

      These business cards are great, especially if you are using a Laser Printer.

      They break away cleanly. You can't tell these from ones coming from a professional printer.

      Be sure to download the free Avery Templates (8371 is the one for this card) and make your own design. If you don't like your design after a while, make another.

      When I get low I print another batch.

      I'm particularly great full for the double sided print option which allows the versatility of a business card and appointment reminder all in one. The snap release edges work great producing a virtually clean to the eye edge and the paper quality is stiff enough for repeated uses. Thanks Every! for a professional product.

        I purchased this product to make business cards for a friend in the entertainment business. I'm glad I made this purchase. The results are very professional looking and took very little time and effort to create. No changing of settings on my printer. I will never buy business cards again. I feel so good I was able to do this on my own with the help of an Avery product & free template.

          I am trying to print these on an HP 3800dn color laser printer. They jam 100% of the time. I have tried many combinations of printer settings and paper orientation without success. The printer works fine with regular paper, so the printer is not jammed.

          What is the difference between Laser cards and Inkjet cards?
          I print my cards using both. I use a monochrome laser for the text so it's nice and crisp. Then I run the sheet through the inkjet to put the color logo on. Any suggestions,comments , or ideas? Much appreciate your time. Thanks, John Martell

            I would recommend using the inkjet cards for your purpose. Laser cards are smoother to accept the toner being applied, and the inkjet cards are designed to absorb the ink into the fiber. You will get better quality printing with a laser machine on inkjet paper than you will printing ink on a laser paper.
