Sometimes it can be difficult to open the fasteners the first time you set up the file - I have literally had to have two separate people pull open the clips at the end - or force them open with a letter opener while someone else pulls them out. But it's a great product for storing large amounts of paper and organizing reports for storage.

I use this product to protect payroll records and it doesn't close at all. I am afraid all the paperwork is going to fall out.
