Canon Glossy paper with a Canon printer makes for great printed photographs. Canon matt finish paper disappointed me in that it seemed just like the white card stock I already had on hand. Maybe there is a secret coating that I don't know about. For posters, or everyday printing It was OK.
For Photos that you want to frame and keep go Canon Glossy II.

    I use this paper for all sorts of use - photo for framing, paper craft (my most use) and for covers and general presentation as it is so inexpensive. I like the fact that it is water resistant with Canon Inks and I can safely keep my paper craft on display without fear of a drop of water spoiling the model (which used to happen with regular paper). It is heavyweight and can easily be used as report cover.

    The only think it lacks is a double sided so that it can be used for greeting cards. I still used it for greeting card with inside writing on another thinner paper glued inside. Canon also should have a double sided paper in general as now I am stuck with buying from other vendors and they are not water proof.
