The refills are way too expensive. Got the machine for free on a rebate. Way to complicated to use. Prints leaving spaces within letters, so letters dont look rounded off. The refills are not that easy to install either requires some practice, that unfortunately wastes a lot of tape prior to doing it the right way. Not very happy with this purchase

                      This product is not actually a complete label maker. In actuality, this is a refill cartridge. At least one of the compatible label printing systems, the Casio KL-100, appears to be battery operated and there for would not require a power cord of any kind.
