I have a new patio room that needed decorations for Christmas. I had heard from a friend that these Command Hooks were very useful and great for her. she said it was true if you took them down it would leave no marks. So I thought it woukld be worth a try. Last week I opened the package and found the instructions very easy to follow and also they went on the wall super easy and quick. Today I hung garland from them and the windows of the patio room look great! Now I am thinking that light curtains probably can be hung from these. I had been looking for these command hooks for awhile but other stores did not have them out easy to find. Staples had a temendous number of choices to chose from. I now am headed back to the store to get more since them have worked so well. I have more decorations to hang.

I bought the product to hang a writing tablet which may have been too heavy ... not sure. After I followed the directions to a T, after an hour, the hook fell off the wall.

I think I need heavier adhesive.

I have 2 more hooks to try. They are attractive and very easy to install. It also left no marks on the wall after falling off so that was good. I like using these hooks versus hammering a nail into the wall. I may try a larger size because the concept is fantastic and efficient, and easy to use.

It is great to put in the closet to hold clothes before dressing. Can be used to put out the next days clothes for easy access. No more decieding what to wear when you get up. Good for hanging pictures. I use it to hang a thermometer in the kitchen and to hang my shirts when preparing them to hang in the closet.

Disappointed -utensil hooks

I purchased 2 of almost every damage-free hanging products.The first product I used in my new rental house was the utensil hooks. Out of the 3 hooks, I was able to put up 2 of them without a problem but the 3rd one was a disaster. It would not stick and kept falling off. I'm afraid to open up any of the other packages in case the same things happen and I need to be able to use all of the hooks in the packages not just one or two as they are very expensive. I would like to be able to put up stuff on the walls, etc and as a lot of rentals in CA do not let you put holes in the walls I thought this would be the perfect solution but not if they do not work and I'm wasting the very little money that I have. I live on Social Security and this was a great expenditure for me.

The hook is flexible, so I believe that will make the hook be more sturdy if you have to hang and then unhang things from it. I trust that it will come off if needed, but I've never tried.
