I purchased my Epson WF 520 wireless printer when I purchased my first laptop about 1 1/2 years ago. I love being able to just print & not have to be "connected" to the printer itself. I print a lot and my cartridges seem to last a long time (longer than my Canon did!!!). My only problem is the cost of the cartridges. Although they do last me a long time, they are expensive to replace--but most others are too. I haven't printed pictures but after reading another review, I think I'll give it a try. My only concern is how much ink it'll use compared to general printing. I love my Epson WF 520. The quality is great & I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks Epson for a great product! Thanks Epson for a quality printer & ink cartridges!

"High Yield" really misleading

Replaced HP Business Injet 1200 (died electronically and used HP #10 & #11 cartridges) with Epson (using 126 "high yield" cartridges).

Replaced HP Business Injet 1200 (died electronically and used HP #10 & #11 cartridges) with Epson (using 126 "high yield" cartridges).
My yield went down from about 3 reams worth of printing per cartridge change to about 1/2 ream per change. It appears different manufacturers have very different definitions of "high yield".

      I have never had a problem with Epson inks. They are easily available at any Staples - in store or online (overnight delivery, no shipping charge when a certain amount is ordered! Love the product (my 4th Epson printer) and support when I can't figure out something is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. GO EPSON!

        Like the quality of the product. Easy to install and use and produces a good quality image. In some cases I'm able to print pictures on regular good quality paper and be more than satisfied with the results. . Wish there would be occasional sale prices on some of there ink types, like some of the other ink companies (HP and others) have. Bottom line : I like the Epson printer ,good quality,reliable, and the manufacture stands behind their products.
        Given that I have no choice but to use therir ink products. Buing the larger size ink repacements does help with the price and means less trips to the store.

          Why is the three-pack more expensive than buying each of the cartridges separately (3 @ $14.99 = $44.97). I thought the combo packs were supposed to help you "save up to 10%". This is almost 10% MORE EXPENSIVE. Ridiculous.
